Terms of service
These terms apply to use of Chapter Print Pro (the website at chapterprintpro.com and the linked web app). Chapter Print Pro is operated by Cornerstone & Compass ("we", "us"). By using the service or placing an order, you accept these terms.
The service
Chapter Print Pro provides an online builder for BNI-style chapter trade sheets, plus a print-and-courier service. You use the web app to build your weekly sheet, pay per order, and we arrange for it to be printed and couriered to the address you provide.
We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by BNI.
Accounts
Each chapter has a chapter admin account, created by invitation from us. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything done under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us straight away.
Acceptable use
- You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes another party's rights, or violates BNI's published rules for trade sheet content.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or use the service to send spam.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit. The printed sheet reflects what you submit.
Pricing and payment
Pricing for orders is shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars. GST applies. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We may change pricing from time to time; the price applied to any order is the price displayed at checkout for that order.
Delivery
Once payment clears, the order is dispatched to our contracted printer. Printing and courier transit times are subject to the printer and courier's normal schedules. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date, but we will work with you on timing for orders placed well in advance of your meeting.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel or change an order if it has not yet been sent to the printer. Contact orders@chapterprintpro.com as soon as possible. Once an order is in production it generally cannot be changed.
Refunds
If a delivery does not arrive, is damaged, or has a printing fault that is our or the printer's responsibility, we will reprint and re-ship at no charge or refund the order, at our discretion. We cannot refund orders that were printed accurately based on the content you submitted.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a chapter that materially breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable. You may close your account at any time by emailing us. Existing data is handled per the privacy policy.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and other events outside our control can affect availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order to which the loss relates. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date above changes. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
