Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Chapter Print Pro collects, why, and what we do with it. Chapter Print Pro is operated by Cornerstone & Compass ("we", "us"). It applies to chapterprintpro.com and the linked web app.
What we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the service:
- Sign-up enquiries. Name, email, phone, chapter name, region and message, when you submit our sign-up form.
- Account data. Chapter admin name, email, hashed password, role and the chapter they're attached to.
- Chapter data. Chapter name, region, meeting day / time / venue, meeting address and delivery address.
- Member data. Names, business name, business category, phone and email for members listed on the trade sheet, entered by the chapter admin.
- Order data. Run size, courier zone, total amount, delivery address and the print-ready PDF for each order.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To run the trade sheet builder and ship orders to the address you provide.
- To send transactional email: invites, order confirmations, the print-ready PDF and operational updates.
- To contact you about your sign-up enquiry or your account.
- To investigate security or abuse incidents.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the service. Your data is shared with them only to the extent needed to deliver it:
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and CDN.
- Stripe — card payment processing. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and never reach our servers.
- Brevo — transactional email delivery.
- Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete (street address search only). No personal account details are sent.
- Our contracted printer and courier — to print and deliver your order. They receive the chapter name, run size, delivery address and the print-ready PDF.
How long we keep it
Account, chapter and order data is kept while your chapter uses the service, and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Sign-up enquiries are kept until they are actioned, or for a reasonable follow-up period.
Cookies
The marketing site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The web app uses a session cookie / token to keep you logged in. That's it.
Access, correction and deletion
You can view and update most of your own data inside the web app (account, chapter, members). To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email orders@chapterprintpro.com from the email address on the account. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
Passwords are hashed (PBKDF2). Card details never touch our servers. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We are not a payment institution and never store full card numbers.
Children
The service is intended for use by adult chapter administrators and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, email account holders.
