From loginto meeting table.
Four simple steps. The first one takes about ten minutes for a chapter's first sheet, then a couple of minutes a week from then on.
Walkthrough.
You only ever touch the content. The layout, member roster and BNI-style template are already built in. Each weekly sheet starts as a copy of last week's so you only edit what changed.
Update your sheet
Open the trade sheet for the coming week in the admin portal. Update the presenter, leadership team and any agenda or KPI items. Members appear automatically from your chapter roster.
A sheet always starts as a copy of last week's, so most weeks only a few fields change.
Submit for review
Hit Submit for Review when content is locked in. The sheet becomes read-only, side editing tools disappear, and you get a final preview of exactly what will be printed.
Submit and pay
Choose the number of copies, confirm the delivery address (pre-filled from your chapter profile), and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe. The order goes to the printer the moment payment clears.
Printed and couriered to you
We print and package your run, then courier it to the delivery address on file. Standard delivery covers most of Australia for a flat $8; $10 covers WA and NT. Your chapter gets a confirmation email, with the print-ready PDF attached for your records.
Everything you need for a weekly sheet.
Pre-designed BNI template
Front cover, inside spread for member roster and back page already laid out to BNI standards. You don't design anything.
Automatic member roster
Add members once. They appear on every sheet with name, business, category, phone and email. Auto-paginates across as many rows as you need.
Weekly designations
Tag a member as Presenting Today, Golden Mic or I'm New each week. The roster row highlights automatically.
Google-verified addresses
The delivery and meeting addresses are picked from Google Places so the courier can find you.
Print-ready PDF on file
Every paid order generates a print-ready PDF emailed to the chapter, with bleed and trim marks for the printer.
Three-state workflow
Draft to edit, Review to confirm, Printing once it's gone to the printer. You always know where each week's sheet is up to.
What you'll see when you log in.
A five-step setup tour runs automatically the first time your chapter admin logs in. The screens below are the real wizard with example data, so you know exactly what to expect.
Welcome to Chapter Print Pro
This is where BNI Phoenix builds and ships its weekly BNI trade sheet.
It works in three states. Draft is where you edit. Review is the final read-only look before paying. Printing means the printer has been notified and your copies are on their way.
Confirm your chapter details
These details appear on your trade sheets and pre-fill at checkout. You can change any of this later from Settings.
Add your members
Your members appear automatically on every trade sheet. Add them once on the Members page in the sidebar.
Each member has a name, business, category, phone, email and an optional role (President, VP, etc.). You can mark someone as Presenting Today, Golden Mic or I'm New on each week's sheet.
| Name | Business | Category | Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alex Carter | Carter & Co Legal | Solicitor | President |
| Sam Patel | Patel Plumbing | Plumber | Vice President |
| Jordan Lee | Lee Accounting | Accountant | Secretary |
| Morgan Brooks | Brooks Buyers Agency | Buyers Agent | Member |
Open Members page
Build a trade sheet
On the Trade Sheets page, click + New Trade Sheet and pick the week. The new sheet inherits everything from your last one (template, members, leadership), so you only edit what changed.
Use the side panel to fill in the front cover (presenter, speakers, leadership team) and the back page (TYFCB, referrals, etc.). Hit Save All when you're done.

When the sheet's ready, hit Submit for Review in the header. The doc becomes read-only so you can do one last check.
