What's included in the per-sheet price?
Printing of your weekly trade sheet, packaging, and use of the Chapter Print Pro web app. Courier is a flat extra fee per order ($8 standard, $10 WA/NT). GST applies on top.
When will my chapter receive its sheets?
Once payment clears, the printer is notified immediately and your run is dispatched. Standard Australian courier transit times apply, so we recommend ordering at least a few business days before your meeting day.
What's the minimum order?
25 copies per order, ordered in lots of 5. So you can run 25, 30, 35, 40 and so on. There is no maximum.
Can I cancel or change an order after submitting?
Orders go to the printer as soon as payment clears. If you need to change or cancel, email orders@chapterprintpro.com straight away and we'll see what's possible. If your sheets haven't been printed yet we can usually still help.
Is Chapter Print Pro affiliated with BNI?
No. Chapter Print Pro is an independent service. We build for BNI chapters but we are not BNI, and we are not endorsed or owned by BNI.
How do members get added to a sheet?
You add your members in the portal once. They appear automatically on every weekly trade sheet, with name, business, category, phone and email. You can also mark a member with their leadership role (President, VP, Secretary, etc.) and use weekly designations like Presenting Today, Golden Mic or I'm New.
How secure is payment?
All card payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Card details never touch our servers. We only see the order amount and a payment confirmation.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, all via Stripe Checkout. The exact set shown at checkout depends on the device.
Do you offer larger or custom orders?
Yes. For larger runs, custom formats or anything outside the standard order, email orders@chapterprintpro.com and we'll quote.
Can I use my own design instead of the BNI template?
The template is built around the standard BNI trade sheet layout, since that's what we set out to make easier. If you have a custom requirement, contact us first and we'll see if we can accommodate it.
What happens if a delivery doesn't arrive?
Email us as soon as you notice and we'll trace it with the courier. If a delivery is lost in transit we'll reprint and re-ship.
Can multiple people from a chapter use the portal?
Each chapter has a chapter admin login. If you need more than one person to manage the sheet, email us and we can add additional chapter admins for that chapter.
